There are many situations in the music industry where challenging conversations and conflict can arise. Emotions can run high under pressure. 

In this interactive and thought-provoking workshop, you will learn to manage these interactions. You'll learn to deal with your own emotions and with difficult, emotional and sometimes unreasonable people and situations.

The Managing Conflict workshop was selected after receiving feedback from previous EIR participants, about experts they would like to learn from in the future. The workshop was initially offered on Friday 20th March and due to industry demand, we’ll be offering a second session on Tuesday 5th May. 

This workshop is delivered by ICML online training.
