  • During times of change, everything is amplified – both difficulty AND opportunity. While it might be too soon to process the enormity of the COVID-19 global pandemic, is there a sliver of opportunity that comes with a disruptor of this magnitude? COVID-19 has stopped us in our tracks, but it’s also given us time to make changes that we may not have otherwise, discover things about ourselves we either didn’t know or had buried, and shown us that we're stronger than we may have ever imagined. Without even realising it, many of us have leveraged our personal advantages, our natural abilities of thought, feeling and behaviour to get through shaky times. The great thing about our unique strengths is that they contribute to our resilience and are always with us - in regular times or otherwise.

"I worked with Hannah on refining my business goals and business structure during 2020 & found it extremely helpful in thinking laterally whilst solidifying future goals in a time when things were very uncertain. With Hannah’s help, I was able to take a birds-eye view of my business and essentially take it apart and put it together again, using innovative concepts as well as her unique lens for high-profile business cases. It felt like all the information I was ready to hear. Her mentorship guided me on where my energy could be better spent. I’m very excited about this program and think it would benefit artists all levels." – Woodes

    Participant Testimonial

The Business Plan on a Page program was fantastic for making me see the importance of having a plan in order to get where I want to go. Like many musicians the idea of a business plan is something of an anathema to me but the process of making one has made me feel much more energised and optimistic. It helped me to understand where I currently am and what’s working for me and what isn’t and then use that information to set goals and strategies to achieve them.

Hannah was a great facilitator and made the process seem easy and possible. Another benefit from the program was meeting other artists and managers in a similar position and hearing about their experiences and ideas. If you ever feel like you’re just spinning your wheels then this program is for you. - Jeremy Gronow
