MUSIC DATA AND INSIGHTS SUMMIT 2026 TRAVEL BURSARY

Music Australia and the VMDO recognise that cash flow can be a barrier to travel. We welcome the voices and experiences of industry professionals from across Australia. To that end we have a limited amount travel support available with priority for regional, remote and under-represented communities. Please note recipients still need to purchase a ticket.

  • Please note that if you have received any other grant or bursary to attend MDIS 2026 you will not be eligible for this one.

  • The financial categories are UP TO the limit. Please give a realistic budget. VMDO reserve the right to offer part payment.

  • The VMDO support assumes 1-2 nights accommodation and a reasonable allowance for travel

  • This does not include complimentary tickets

  • Calculations are based on Victorian regional applicants being able to use public transport or a tank of petrol / EV charge

  • Successful applicants will be expected to complete a post-event survey
