An accredited mediator since 2016, Nicole brings a wealth of experience in the legal, insolvency and banking sectors to her mediation practice. She has consulted across a broad range of industries in Australia, Europe and the Middle East. In 2022 she was recognised in the Australian Law Awards as Mediator of the Year and listed as one of Inside Small Business magazine’s Top 50 Small Business Leaders.

This round of Experts in Residence is best suited for Victorian music industry professionals that are seeking professional support in getting the best deals, managing conflicts and, most importantly, developing confidence in negotiations.

Nicole's guidance will help you navigate the challenges of collaborative communication, enabling you to achieve optimal outcomes. As an expert in interest-based negotiation, she firmly believes that enhanced dialogue can lead to successful resolutions, even in challenging situations.
