We have teamed up with Next Act Coaching to provide 4 applicants access to Creating Possibility in Uncertain Times, a four-session program of one-on-ones with music industry personal coach Viv Fantin.
Are you a Victorian music industry professional wondering what’s next or WTF?
Working in music right now can feel deeply uncertain. You might be questioning where you fit in, whether the way you’re working is still sustainable - or even whether you want to stay in the industry at all.
Creating Possibility in Uncertain Times is a four-session, one-on-one coaching program designed to meet you wherever you are in that uncertainty. You don’t need a perfectly formed goal or all the answers. Together we’ll reconnect with what matters to you, explore new possibilities and identify practical next steps that feel meaningful and genuinely your own. No toxic positivity. Just real exploration.
This program for you if you are:
Navigating change or uncertainty
Looking for clarity about what comes next
Wanting to create a more sustainable career
Hoping to reconnect with your values or purpose
Curious about new possibilities or ways of working
Using the GROW coaching model as a flexible guide, we’ll focus on building clarity, choice and agency while acknowledging the very real challenges facing our industry.
You don’t need to know exactly where you’re going - just be open to exploring what might be possible from where you are now.
Sessions will take place via Zoom, approximately fortnightly throughout September, October and November.
