Experts in Residence – Creating Possibility in Uncertain Times with Viv Fantin

We have teamed up with Next Act Coaching to provide 4 applicants access to Creating Possibility in Uncertain Times, a four-session program of one-on-ones with music industry personal coach Viv Fantin.
This is a focused coaching series for music industry professionals using the GROW* coaching model as a framework. It’s built around ‘what is possible’, shifting the conversation towards agency, adaptability and hope without ignoring the genuine realities people in our industry are experiencing.
It’s for people who are:
Navigating change
Wanting to create a more sustainable career
Seeking clarity about next steps
Wanting to reconnect with values and purpose
Curious about new possibilities / ways of doing things
Interested in building agency during uncertainty
Sessions will take place over Zoom, roughly fortnightly throughout September, October and November.
